齊魯網·閃電新聞10月4日訊 最新數據顯示，中國三文魚消費市場今年快速崛起，不僅超越巴西和西班牙躍居全球第六，更以驚人增速成為全球增長最快的三文魚消費國。提起三文魚產地，大家最先想到的是挪威、日本等國家。面對如此大的市場，有沒有可能在中國海域飼養三文魚呢？山東用十年時間，創造了一個養殖奇跡——讓這種典型的高緯度冷水魚類，成功適應北緯37°的溫帶海域，并在山東半島規模化養殖。
